Each Peace Cord ™ bracelet is handcrafted in Afghanistan. Due to the unique combination of individual techniques, slight variation in each may occur.
You should receive an automatic order acknowledgement via email to the billing email address you provided during check-out.
You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number, when applicable.

A standard shipping cost will be applied based on the quantity of bracelets ordered. We offer a variety of shipping methods and in some cases will provide tracking numbers for your purchase. Online purchases will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive, depending upon your location. All orders received by 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day.
UPS 2-day not available to U.S. post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All standard deliveries to a domestic P.O. Box or APO/FPO address must be shipped via USPS Ground. You will need to select USPS Ground as the delivery option for the order to be processed and shipped. Delivery will be completed by U.S. Postal Service.
For help with shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please follow these steps:
- City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
- State field: Enter "AE", "AA", or "AP" depending on where the recipient is stationed.
- Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
- Remember to select Domestic Parcel as your shipping method.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. This includes items that are returned by the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return for a full refund within 30 days of ship date, less the original shipping fees. The refund will include the full retail price paid plus any applicable sales tax. Items returned after the 30 days are only eligible for an exchange of the same item in a different size.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest that all returns be placed through a traceable carrier. If customer chooses to return via a non-traceable carrier, Peace Cord™ will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used to place the original order.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed.
Except for damaged goods, custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt of any damaged item. Peace Cord™ cannot honor claims for damaged/defective custom or personalized merchandise after 3 business days of customer receipt.

Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
